Therefore, Future Wings processes personal data in compliance with the applicable legal regulations, particularly the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR).

Personal data refers to any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, such as name, address, email address, and IP address.

When you visit a website with a YouTube plugin, a connection to YouTube servers is established, informing YouTube which of our websites you visited. If you are logged into your YouTube account, YouTube can associate your browsing behavior with your personal profile.

To protect against misuse of our web forms and spam, we use Google reCAPTCHA service by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. This service checks if a human or an automated software (bot) is making the input. This serves our legitimate interest in protecting our website from abuse and ensuring its smooth functioning.

Google reCAPTCHA uses JavaScript and cookies to analyze your use of the website. Information collected, including your IP address, is typically transmitted to and stored on Google servers in the USA. Google services' stored cookies in your browser are also evaluated by reCAPTCHA.

No personal data is read or stored from the input fields of the respective form.

4. Social Media Plugins

Use of Social Plugins from Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn:

Our website uses social plugins from social networks. When you visit a page with such a plugin, your browser establishes a direct connection to the servers of Facebook, Google, Twitter, or Instagram. The plugin content is transmitted directly to your browser and integrated into the page. Any further use, particularly the storage in databases, duplication, and any form of commercial use, as well as the transfer to third parties – even in parts or in revised form, especially of photos, illustrations, and texts – without the consent of the website operator is prohibited.

9. Contact Form

When you contact us via the contact form on our website or by email, the data you provide will be stored by us and temporarily by our technical service provider for processing the inquiry and for any follow-up questions for three months. These data will not be passed on to third parties. The legal basis for data processing is your consent under Art. 6(1) lit. a GDPR.
