umbrella brand

TGW Future Wings acts as an umbrella brand for several legal entities that realize our diverse non-profit projects. These include the Future Wings Private Foundation, the Schule Morgen Private Foundation, and CAP.future GmbH. Together with TGW Logistics and the TGW Future Private Foundation, they make up the TGW world.

The Future Wings Private Foundation and the Schule Morgen Private Foundation are each managed by a three-member board of trustees that ensures the sustainable fulfillment of our foundation purposes. These legal entities are associated with the six TGW Future Wings projects: B.E.L., Future Wings Challenge, Learning Circle, MoMo, SOS-Herzkiste, and Sueniños.

The management of CAP.future GmbH is shared by Ruth Arrich-Deinhammer and Christian Szinicz. This legal entity is responsible for the three TGW Future Wings projects operating at the Tabakfabrik Linz (AT) site - CAP.-TRAINING, GRAND GARAGE, and INNERversum.

Ludwig Szinicz

The story of TGW Future Wings is closely linked to Ludwig Szinicz (1939 – 2017), one of the two founders of TGW Logistics. Ludwig Szinicz passionately supported initiatives for young people in the educational context because he firmly believed that education is the key to shaping the future. Following his strong commitment, he founded the TGW Future Private Foundation in 2004 and transferred his fully acquired company shares in TGW Logistics to it. He stipulated that the foundation should invest a significant portion of the annual dividend payout from TGW Logistics into the non-profit sector TGW Future Wings. This unique model reflects his deep conviction that economic success and social engagement can go hand in hand to bring about long-term positive change. The inspiring legacy of Ludwig Szinicz continues to significantly shape our work and development within the TGW World.
