impact management
We are on a mission to create sustainable, positive changes in society. To achieve this, we are developing and implementing a transparent impact system inspired by the Social Reporting Standard (SRS). This standard helps us clearly measure and communicate our progress.
At the heart of our work is impact—the positive changes we aim to achieve in young people and society. We firmly believe that quality education (SDG 4) is a key to a better future. The Inner Development Goals (IDG) illustrate how personal development lays the foundation for societal progress.

OUR CONCEPTION OF HUMAN BEINGS
For our projects to have a sustainable impact, we rely on a holistic view of humanity. This means we do not just promote the transmission of knowledge but also incorporate the levels of body, feelings, and consciousness – in other words, the inner worlds. Because working on our inner world, which we see as the roots of a tree, gives us stability, connects us with our beliefs, and allows us to act and grow from a strong inner foundation.
For this reason, we also created the INNERversum in 2023 – a unique space where personal growth and human development are the focus.
Through this holistic promotion, we can ensure that our projects bring profound and sustainable changes to our target group and ultimately to society.

INNER DEVELOPMENT GOALS
At TGW Future Wings, alongside inner world work, the Inner Development Goals (IDGs) play a central role. They are not only an important part of our project work but also the heart of our impact management.
The IDGs encompass 23 skills that are essential for shaping a better future. These skills are divided into five main areas: Being, Thinking, Relating, Collaborating, and Acting. While our inner world work particularly strengthens the area of "Being," we also incorporate the other areas into our work. For example, we show young people how to better manage emotions, take responsibility, or collaborate more effectively. This ensures that our target groups develop the skills needed to shape a better future.

THE FUTURE AS PART OF OUR VISION
TGW Future Wings is part of the TGW world, which connects industrial and social entrepreneurship through TGW Logistics and TGW Future Wings. The vision of the TGW World unites two central elements: on the one hand, the foundation philosophy "Focusing on people – learning and growing," which connects us within the TGW World. On the other hand, the respective "pictures of the future" of the two areas.
Our goal is to promote both elements simultaneously to create optimal conditions for sustainable development in the long term. It is crucial to regularly review and further develop our vision to recognize new opportunities and act innovatively.
The Yin-Yang graphic symbolizes the harmonious balance between our deeply rooted foundation philosophy and our ambitious goals at TGW Future Wings.

THE EDUCATION SECTOR
To make our vision a reality, we also establish innovative educational formats. A notable example is the regular meeting place treffpunkt.BILDUNG, which we launched in 2023 in collaboration with Impact Hub Vienna, MEGA Bildungsstiftung, and Sinnbildungsstiftung. This series of events addresses current issues and challenges in the Austrian education sector and promotes exchange among experts and interested parties.
The next treffpunkt.BILDUNG meeting, will take place on October 22nd.
